The large majority of our jewelry is made locally, in San Diego, California. 

Where are you located? 

Our storefront is located in Flower Hill Promenade, Del Mar, California, right off the Interstate 5 freeway.  You can find us at 2650 Via De La Valle, C155, Del Mar, California.

Can I visit your store to see the jewelry?

Experience our award winning showroom of on trend fashion and bridal jewelry, Monday thru Saturday from 10 am to 6 pm, or Sunday 12 pm to 5 pm.

What is the Bon Jewels Refund Policy?

All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if any of our guarantees are violated, we will gladly make it right as quickly as possible! Simply contact us at our store, and we will get you taken care of immediately!

How do I create an account?

First, click ‘Login/Register’ on the top right corner of the site.  Next, choose ’Free Register’ to start the process. Once there, enter your email address and create a password.  Complete the process by clicking ‘Submit.’ You will receive a confirmation email.

How do I reset my account password?

Go to the account sign in page. Click ‘Forgot Password?’ then enter the account email address. Click ‘Reset My Password.’  Once you receive the email, open it and click the password reset link. Type in the new password and confirm. Congratulations! You have a new password.

What sizes are your rings available in?

Our rings are available in multiple sizes.

Will my item be the same as the one displayed on the website?

Yes. Be aware that many of our pieces are hand-made, which can lead to unique differences between individual items.

Are your gemstones treated or modified?
